Cloud Based VoIP Approach

Build scalable architectures that use standard x86 Linux servers! Each server in the 4Grid infrastructure is
called a node and implements one or multiple functional roles. The workload is distributed among nodes and when a node goes down, any requests go to working
nodes. Upgrading capacity is as easy as enrolling a new node.
Multitenant VoIP Delivery

The software provides a role based web interface with four levels of management that coincide with the service
provider's business: administrator, resellers, clients, and VoIP endpoints. Reseller and client level accounts are able to manage their resources and
create their own plans.
Charging and Billing

VoipNow Core performs least cost routing on routing tables with millions of records, deals with call failovers
based on multiple criteria, as well as real-time call charging on all management levels. VoipNow Core integrates a capable plug-in portability engine that talks
to national portability databases using any protocol implemented therein.
No Downtime

The 4Grid framework allows most software upgrades to be performed without having to stop services, while hardware upgrades will be performed without any downtime. The management of the hardware resources can be done in the web-based administration interface.
Open Protocols

All communication protocols implemented in VoipNow Core are standardized. This method guarantees the product's

stacks are used.
